Definitions

1.1 “Nordic Retro,” “we,” “us” refers to Nordic Retro, trading as Nordic Retro.

1.2 “Goods” refers to any product offered on www.nordic-retro.com, including Nordic Projector

1.3 “Services” includes payment processing, logistics, customer support, guarantees, and after-sales service.

1.4 “You,” “your” refers to the purchaser or user of the Goods.

Basis of Supply

2.1 These Terms apply to every sale, promotion, pre-order, guarantee claim, and warranty request.

2.2 No variation is binding unless recorded in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Nordic Retro.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

3.1 Eligibility:
This guarantee applies only if the product is defective or not functioning as intended.

To qualify:
a) Use the Good in accordance with the enclosed instructions;
b) Submit a written defect report to info@nordic-retro.com within 30 days from delivery;
c) Provide video documentation clearly demonstrating the defect or malfunction (required for approval).

3.2 Remedy:
If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement within 14 calendar days of approval.

Payment

4.1 Accepted Methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Afterpay, Quickpay, PayPal, ApplePay.

4.2 In-Stock Goods: Payment is debited when the parcel is dispatched.

4.3 Pre-Orders: Payment is debited immediately to secure production capacity and express freight.

4.4 International Payment Cards: An authorisation hold may be placed until dispatch or release by your card issuer.

Cancellation & Modification of Your Order

5.1 Requests must be sent immediately to info@nordic-retro.com.

5.2 Orders are ordinarily packed quickly; after sealing, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed.

5.3 If an order is already packed, you must accept delivery and then follow the return procedure.

Reservation of Funds

6.1 If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.

6.2 The funds are reserved on your card or account until:
a) We debit the amount when we ship the product, or
b) The funds are released according to your card issuer's agreement.

6.3 All amounts on the website include VAT.

6.4 The website uses the following currencies for pricing: USD, EUR, GBP, PLN, SEK, DKK, CHF, BGN, ALL, CZK, HUF, ISK, MDL, NOK, RON, RUB, RSD, TRY, UAH.

6.5 Nordic Retro uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be read by outsiders.

Delivery

7.1 Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

7.2 Standard Delivery Time: 6–12 business days.

7.3 Parcels are dispatched from the Nordic Retro warehouse geographically closest to your location.

7.4 A track-and-trace number is provided by e-mail once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

7.5 Delivery dates are estimates only; risk passes on hand-over to the carrier.

Warranty

8.1 All Goods carry a 24-month warranty (only if purchased) covering software, materials, and manufacturing defects.

8.2 Notify defects within two months of discovery via info@nordic-retro.com with photographic/video evidence.

8.3 Remedy: repair, replacement, partial refund or store credit at Nordic Retro’s discretion; reasonable return postage is reimbursed for justified claims.

Returned to sender (RTS)

10.1 Parcels returned for incorrect/incomplete address or non-collection are classed as RTS.

10.2 RTS items received at our warehouse can be reshipped at your cost; no refund if the parcel is lost or discarded by the courier.

10.3 Refunds are only considered if the order remains undelivered and no return/redelivery is confirmed within 60 days.

Refund requests for lost or missing parcels

11.1 Supply a Certificate of Loss (or equivalent) from the carrier quoting the tracking number within 14 days of your request.

11.2 Refunds or reshipments are processed once the certificate is received.

Customer & privacy policy

12.1 We do not sell or share your personal data; it is stored only in our customer database.

12.2 Minimum data collected: name, address, e-mail address.

12.3 Purpose: order fulfilment and customer service.

12.4 Retention period: five years, then deleted unless legal archiving applies.

12.5 Collection is based on your explicit consent; you may object or request deletion at any time via info@nordic-retro.com.

12.6 Access is limited to the director and authorised employees; data are not encrypted at rest or in transit.

Cookies

13.1 Cookies optimise site functions; you may delete them at any time via your browser.

Purchases from unauthorised sellers

14.1 Nordic Retro goods are sold exclusively at www.nordic-retro.com.

14.2 We provide no support, refunds or warranties for products bought outside this channel, including faulty, counterfeit or undelivered items.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

15.1 By accepting these terms you confirm you have read our legal notice.

15.2 Nordic Retro is a brand of Nordic Retro, registered in Denmark; all contractual rights and obligations rest with that entity.

15.3 Goods are supplied “as-is” and “as-available”; visible results are not guaranteed. Use is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

16.1 Aggregate liability shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant Good.

16.2 Nordic Retro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

16.3 Products are not recommended for individuals with recent surgery, heart conditions, unhealed wounds or similar medical concerns; discontinue use and consult a physician if discomfort arises.

Force majeure

17.1 Nordic Retro is not liable for delay or failure caused by acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, cyber-attacks, labour disputes, or supply-chain disruptions.

Operation and maintenance

18.1 Damage from failure to follow instructions, improper use, human error, or force majeure is not covered under warranty.

18.2 Out-of-warranty maintenance costs are the consumer’s responsibility.

Modifications, errors and game variations

19.1 Nordic Retro reserves the right to alter product specifications, designs or terms without prior notice and is not liable for errors in published information.

19.2 The game list is subject to ongoing changes and updates, and may not always include the same number or all of the games shown in images, lists, text, or elsewhere on the website.

Indemnification

20.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Nordic Retro, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your use of the Goods or breach of these Terms.
